Through the use of Scene Study, students will experience all aspects of producing a play from breaking down a script, to creating a character, to the actor’s responsibilities, to choosing costumes, to designing the set in which it all happens. In addition, focus will be given to the actor’s physical and vocal preparation in the form of acting games each week. All aspects of “putting on a play” will be looked at through the “eyes of the scene” – including performing the scenes for family and friends at the end of the experience!   Call the Dietrich at 570-996-1500 to register.
