Does what we eat affect our stress levels? Are there foods that can calm us? Foods that can stress us? This series of classes will look at stress; the causes, the health consequences of chronic stress, and ways we can lower stress naturally through diet and lifestyle. Information will be presented with a short lecture, discussions, recipes, activities, and food sampling.
