Much has been written and said about author and biologist Rachel Carson. This documentary focuses on her connection to Pennsylvania and the impact her work has had on PA environmental and conservation policy. Inspired by a supportive mother, her natural surroundings and the Allegheny River, it was her formative years in Springdale that would shape her passionate environmental ethic.  After the film, we invite you do join us for a Q & A session moderated by Marci Mowery and guest panelists. For more information please call 570-836-1022 ext#3.
