VIRTUAL ZOOM CLASS

Presented by the Dietrich Theater in downtown Tunkhannock
For ages 18 and up.
Mondays March 8, 15, 22, 29, April 5 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Instructor: Dr. Mary Murphy Fox
Admission: $10.00 per class
Supplies needed: Black gel pen and sketch book of your choice (All can be purchased at a Dollar Store.)
Meditative art class that requires no artistic ability or experience, that anyone can enjoy. Doodling using a gel pen and guided instruction that will teach you how to relax and stay in the moment. Each week you will finish a project during class that you will appreciate and be proud of. The process will guide you away from day to day frustrations, including the isolation of the COVID pandemic. The goal is enjoying the process, not the outcome. Take a step back from life and enjoy the moment. You deserve it. You may even meet new people. Registration is required. Call 570-836-1022 Ext. 3.
