Qigong is a system of coordinated body-postures, flowing movements, breathing practices and meditation. During these classes, certified QiGong teacher Rosalie Allan will guide students through this ancient practice for today’s ever-changing world.  Through QiGong, students will increase energy, deepen relaxation, and discover flow state. Classes are suitable for all levels and presented in a user-friendly, safe and effective style. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring water.  Registration is required.
