A special invitation is extended to past, present and future supporters to be part of Dietrich Theater history and legacy. This new initiative, rooted in the theater’s recently adopted Strategic Plan, aims to ensure the sustainability of the Dietrich and its extensive array of programs and activities for generations to come.
For almost twenty-five years, the Dietrich Theater has been a cornerstone of cultural enrichment in our region, showcasing exceptional films, hosting renowned film festivals, and providing a wide range of classes, events and exhibits for participants of all ages. This remarkable journey has been made possible through the unwavering support and generosity of our community.
As we look to the future, the priority is to guarantee the longevity of the Dietrich Theater and its mission. The Dietrich Legacy Society will play a pivotal role in this vision by establishing an endowment fund comprised of estate gifts and bequests. Bequests might consist of appreciated stock, cash, IRAs, 401(k)s, retirement plans, or life insurance. These assets/funds will be invested to generate income, thereby supporting the theater’s programs and operations in perpetuity. Anyone can join the Dietrich Legacy Society by including the Wyoming County Cultural Center in their estate, and there is no minimum gift requirement to become a member.
