Chair yoga brings all the benefits of yoga to anyone who may feel challenged by a traditional yoga class. With the aid of a chair we can strengthen our bodies, increase mobility in our joints, improve balance and flexibility and experience an overall sense of wellbeing.??Note: Donna Fetzko teaches Chair Yoga on Mondays and Fridays from 10 - 10:45 a.m. at the Dietrich throughout the year. Admission is free thanks to funding from the Wyoming County Community Health Foundation and the Area Agency on Aging for Luzerne & Wyoming Counties. Look for her classes to resume when the Dietrich reopens.

 

Breathing Practices with Donna Fetzko

Taking part in a relaxed breathing practice is a great way to lower stress in the body. The following is a 10 minute breathing exercise I recorded for you to utilize during these
challenging times.

Note:Donna Fetzko teaches free Chair Yoga at the Dietrich Theater on Mondays and Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.  These classes are made possible with funding from the Wyoming County Community Health Foundation and the Area Agency on Aging for Luzerne and Wyoming Counties. Donna also teaches Simply Yoga at the Dietrich on Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.  Please look for these classes to resume when the Dietrich reopens.
