Performances at the Theater at Brooks at Keystone College will be:

Performances at the Dietrich Theater in downtown Tunkhannock will be:


Friday, April 11 at 7:00 p.m., Saturday, April 12 at 7:00 p.m. & Sunday, April 13 at 2:00 p.m.

Admission: $10 and $5 for students and seniors


 



The Dietrich Theater and Keystone College invite you to see “The Laramie Project”. This is the true story of Matthew Shepard, a 21-year-old University of Wyoming student who was kidnapped, severely beaten, tied to a fence and left to die because he was gay. The show details the effects of his death told by the residents of a small town that was forever changed by a hate crime. Please call 570-945-8454 for reservations and tickets to the Keystone College performances and call 570-996-1500 for reservations and tickets to the Dietrich Theater performances.


This production of The Laramie Project was supported by a Lackawanna County Community Arts and Culture Grant, a program of Lackawanna County Commissioners Corey D. O’Brien, Jim Wansacz and Patrick M. O’Malley.


 


Funding grants for The Laramie Project were also provided by the 

M & T Charitable Foundation and the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts.
