Local storyteller Hal Pratt offers a four-session series of workshops on the basics of storytelling.  Based on his thirty-plus years of storytelling, the workshops explore storytelling basics, storytelling for an audience of children, telling stories for an adult audience, and a final session where anyone who interested can tell a story to a non-critical audience.  The workshops cover how to choose a story, how to prepare a story for telling, understanding your audience, and common mistakes to avoid.
